mindfullness of the unfamiliar

mindfullness of the unfamiliar

A Poem by Audrie

I have the desire to cleanse my existence In this world~

Revealing a path so that my journey through this mysterious life will remain true, content, and stimulated with creativity~

not mutilated by catastrophes~

So I'm picking up tiny pieces of landscape to save as verification and documentation of this bizarre and baffling reality~

A reality which knows no love~

Which doesn’t embrace truth and serenity and fails to take caution when entering unfamiliar territory~

Not being aware that the familiar isn’t always consistent with the rules of the beautiful and flawless universe~possibly ~leaving one confused and dazed with horror~

It creates clamor in my mind which makes little sense most of the time.~

and my unfinished sentences, without steady voice, are indicative of my inability to make a choice.~

and I blame it on this fucked up reality.
