Reflected in blue

This is a poem I wrote originally for a boy I had a crush on last year. However, essentially it is about girls wanting to seen, heard and recognised by that one special person.

Your eyes, do they see me?

Reflected in blue.

Your hands, will they hold me?

Gently pressed against you.

And what about your lips?

Do they yearn for mine too?

Your heart, does it scream;

'She's right there you fool!'

For when your eyes find me,

Reflected in blue.

My arms will be open,

Waiting for you.

And when you lean down,

To shower kisses upon me,

You shall, I promise, feel my love too.
