Chaos.

Chaos.

A Poem by Renea Quail

What causes chaos?

Is it the yelling and screaming?

Maybe it's the tears and blood.

Who knows.

But it's here.

There.

Everywhere.

Can you feel it?

It's like claws swiping through your body.

Dragging out all that remains.

Blood gushes,

Flesh tears,

Tears fall into puddles.

It's unsettling;

Unnerving.

Makes your spine shiver.

Maybe it's our minds that cause the chaos.

Causes us to rise and fall like the tide.

Breaks our bones while they're still healing.

So, you tell me,

Who causes chaos?

What kind of a flow do I create? I feel like there's a certain "beat" to it, but maybe that's just me?

I can feel the beat as well~ the last part ended it perfectly and the use of few words for each line combined with slightly yet overall not too long lines created that flow as well as a few interspersed rhymes. I liked the pause of the question around the middle, and how you worded out the whole concept. Very nice work ^^
