A Story by John Jackson (El Juero)
"

We are all Human. Well, most of us.

"
from Bangladesh,
a young couple
endures the miles.
traveling an odyssey,
light years from home.
settling in a place,
where Mosques
are few and far between.
he is a professor,
she, a nurse.
and so it came to be,
an elderly Woman,
fearing brown people
most of her life,
in her time of need,
was cared for
by Mrs. Islam.
nurse and patient,
the healer and the sick,
slowly forging a bond,
unlikely but real.
the elderly Woman
did not realize it,
but her soul did,
that love is universal,
carried by a Human touch.

Humanity lies underneath all ethnic custom, religions and all other man-made creation. Humanity knows no colour bar.

Beautiful.. writing to cherish and remember. Experiencing such things first hand is so often the only way. Sincere thanks to both you and your darling mom for reminding us 'bout that love and Human touch.

Oh, a true story--that makes it even more special. If only everyone could know this truth, the world be a so much better place.

This is beautiful. It tells such a true story of how the world should be; how people should relate to one another.
