Good description of the p***y willow. Nature give us good gifts for the eyes to see.

This is beautifully done, John. I have written only two haiku in my life. (koi pond and early peaches) They are hard with 17 syllables. Now I see a lune haiku? (why have I never heard of this?!) Cut it down 4 more?! Gaaa!

You can do it, Angi! Think of a Bonsai Tree.
This is very beautifully written. I homeschool my son and today we just talked about catkins. We do not get much chance to see them here in Texas. We shared your haiku and both enjoyed it.

Good, well written poem, every word faultlessly chosen and placed, haikus are a genre that seem to be easy, but are very difficult to write.Good work.
