Almost gone

Almost gone

A Poem by azreilla

Blackness covers the mind and soul within.

Moving all around me right though the skin.

Burning light and mending souls.

Gaining lives losing heart falling from the moving light.

Falling to the ground suspended in the darkness.

In the blackness between life and death to return to life another day.

The voices fade and all is silent.

I wait in the darkness to return to life another day the voices return but not without penality.

The blackness has not left the mind nor the soul.

It will continue to enbrace the secrets for which it holds.

The peace I find here isniether live nor dead.

But, for whatever Imake of it, I must leave I must go back to the light to the place where hate and deceit have no end of their own.

Gone forever between life and that of a writer's death.

Held within the limbo between sadness and the beckoning of innocent rainbows.

Writers find themselves abandoned sometimes; then turning to words to find companionship.

Nice work...

Somebody used the expression,
"to tickle the mind " ----- Well, you certainly have
done that.
Pardon me for rushing off, I just need to hurry and
read some more of your writing ---- I sense a winner
here.
