Heart Beating Fast,
Breath Running away,
Skin shaking inch to inch.
Heart Pulsing harder and harder.
These feelings go on and on,
minutes past and nothing changes,
Eyes dilated.
heart pouncing.
I can't take it anymore.
I need to calm down.
Biting my own lip,
foot twitching,
Body cannot keep still.
My smile won't fade.
This is not a race!
Breathe in and out.
Hyperventilate.
In and out.
I laugh it all out.
My smile does not fade.
Tell My heart this is not a race.
