This is something I wrote when one of my really good friends decided to join the army in 06

"
As you walk away from me now, I cry
As you turn your back and board the plane
As I think I can't take the pain of you leaving
As I watch my angel walk away from me
Then you turn around, stand up tall
Then you lift one hand to your forehead
Then I wipe the tears I've cried for you
Then I Salute you, my Solider and Angel
