People change like weather

People change like weather

A Poem by Rida Sarwar
"

You don't want it you are afraid,you try to hide away but some people when you love them you give them a map of your heart with a knife.

"
When you first meet that person everything seems bright,

  The sky is bluer than ever,the ocean is deeper than ever;

  The cold breeze washes up your face and take you worries just like a roller coaster rush,

   Your body feels numb,you lose your soul to them and let down your self-esteem

     ego becomes a word that somehow got misplaced in your dictionary

     the lip gloss smile seems truthful as ever ,all you fail to realize is just like weather people have
        the ability to change;

      when they leave ,you break down, its like your blood all around ,you on the damp cold ground

      shivering in cold,asking for mercy,the addiction the lust all of it vanishes in a single blow

      and all you can remember is the time they first made you smile your happiest smile ..

It is truly amazing how our first impression of a person can totally change with time. We wonder how we could have ever wanted to be around the person....how we could have longed for his or her company. People do change though. Perhaps it is not our impressions that were wrong, but the facade the person showed has fallen. Very well written. lydi**
