Revelation

Revelation

A Poem by Father Mojo
"

(inspired by William Blake)

"

I stumbled upon a strange surprise --

It was something almost like wisdom:

I found I do not see with my eyes;

But I am merely looking through them.

Perhaps it is a wisdom to know you are only peering and not 'seeing' through your eyes. perhaps only wisdom only becomes wisdom when it is shared and inparted, which you have done.

thanks.

I like this. I am semi-comatose as I read, but this jab of wit and wisdom still penetrates my mile thick dullness.

Classic and beautiful. Simple and profound.

The title caught my eye. I have always been a fan of Frost's poem by the same title. Revelation is just one of those words that grabs up your attention.

I would call this uncommon wisdom. Perception is strange animal.
