A Poem by faith
"

obsession and sacrifice for ones love

"

The fire took what silence spared,
A step, a gaze, a sharpened breath.
The body moved before it dared,
The soul was given to something vast

A name was written, then undone,
A voice too cracked to bring it.
The mirror held a face that was no longer allowed.

The cost was more than blood could bear,.
Each promise vanished in the heat,
Still, hands reached into the blaze.

No sleep behind those shuttered eyes,
No warmth inside that drifting chest.
The stars had learned to go quiet,
Their light too tired to hold.

Once, she filled the morning air,
Now silence throbbed with something heavier.
A thread pulled without resistance,
And all the seams began to tremble.

He turned colder with every step,
But forward meant the pain stayed true.
Hollow moved where reason used to stand,
And shaped devotion into something hard and bright.

Just glowing ash,
Where wishes once clung and flared.
The flame still whispered,
But never changed.

A figure stood, then knelt, then sank,
Unclear what name once lived inside it.
A bell, broken before its echo could fade.

The altar held quiet weight,
Where offerings were left with no answer.
No mercy came to soften the stone,
Only dry eyes, and bones that reached.

The chain pulled tighter by design,
He never asked to be set free.
The path was narrow, the marks in place,
A journey drawn in muted sound.

No witness came to speak the cost,
No voice rose.
The face and name already gone,
The soul still burning, bruised and present.

A vow was made without a word,
Its meaning lived in silence.
It grew louder than,
And no one looked ahead.

What was once love became a duty,
Devotion built with jagged weight.
Each breath brought a question
No one dared to form.

The stars gave way, the sky sank,
The crown made of heat and history.
No one knew where it began"
Only that it could not be undone.

Two shadows folding into each other.
A flame that neither broke nor bent.
A name forgotten, but not erased.
