Inamorata intoxication..........

That shimmering elixir of life,
poured into my glass.
A taste of the uninhibited,
awaits beyond my impasse.

Like a devious mistress,
tantalizing me in sultry ways.
Demanding intimacy with my lips,
to embalm me in moonshine haze.

All it takes is a kiss,
from this conniving paramour,
burning my insides
and the coyness that I bore.

Slowly captivating my senses,
she overpowers my whole.
Enslaved, I wear my heart on my sleeve
loosing all control.

I surrender unto this inamorata,
as I fulfill her every fantasy.
She only amplifies my desires,
unshackling the discreetest parts of me.

After our risque tryst
she puts me to slumber deep
the exploits of our night drowned in haze
just faint images she lets me keep...

Ah, beautiful. The flow and rhythm was wonderful in this piece, and I was hooked from the first line. I felt myself drowning in your imagery, and captivated by your words as you sunk me into an intoxicated haze of hopeless desire and fantasy.. Excellent piece, keep up the good work.
