Friday

New to the new family members

All the energy

All the work

All the time

 

To some

Their first

There last

But some

Our last first

 

Freshmen and new members

Nervious with delight

Tonight is the night

 

To prove

To be remebered

To show

And to be appreciated

For all our hard work

 

We are one

We help each other

We push each other

We compete with each other

We work, not only for the game

We work not only for the school

Nor just our one being

We work as a team

To be the very best we can be

 

Less the a month from now

We will be in our "game face's"
And go out there

And show them what we got

We will have people saying

"Wow, I wish I was in that band."

 

So tonights the night

I liked it. I think that actually stating what "it" was sort of changed the romanticism of it however, and if you wanted to make it more inclusive you could change that. But on a side note, im totally listenin 2 geek in the pink atm. =)
