oh, adolescence.

fleeting so fast,

come and gone

with just one glance.

growing up is overrated.

another peter pan dream

of never growing up.

i'm stuck.

in between thought

and reverie.

i shut my eyes to the dream

and slip into another.

still, it is not my own.

faceless people swim past

amongst nameless others.

mindless.

shapeless.
