Difficulty At the Beginning

I perceive difficulty...and smile in the face of adversity...

Take a deep breath...and accept it as a part of me...

A part of my growth you see.. I took an oath that I would achieve my destiny...

An objective not an elective..its my reason for being so...there's no getting the best of me...

I understand every new venture is a step into the unknown...

Know that if it comes to you quick...just as quick it'll be gone...

So here is my initial step...feeling around for solid ground....

Although I perceive obstacles...I won't lay down nor frown.....

Because I understand that standing tall in difficulty is my duty as MAN...

And everything works out to the best...everything happens according to Plan....

And when I can remain at peace...in the midst of the darkest hour....

It is there in that darkness...I gain wisdom and power.

Love this! These are the type of writing I like to read. :) It's nice to read an inspiring, positive poem on here. I love the way everything just worked together and nothing felt forced. This piece is amazing!
