Bridges to Run

Bridges to Run

A Chapter by Beren

Bridges to Run

roads are crossed and packages arrive
My baby should know, as long as we are alive
There is no bridge we can't run over
There is no ocean we can't swim
There is no debt we can't pay

People are people, and it's not our problem but
You are from a holy drop of water
I would crawl through the desert to drink

Life is life, and we'll get through it
Days will pass with our mornings
And I'll kiss you for every sunshine line

We will run until we get tired and
when we get tired we will rest together.
We won't stop until the planks of the bridge fall
and we build new bridges to reach each other

It's hard, and needs a lot of work
Under the bridge,
voices from the past echo
and say that it is impossible to cross this place
But I grew up in places where hope was impossible to lose
If you want something, the universe will find a way
Stars will aligned
We'll put The Alchemist as our bedside book
"And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it."

And we can stop running, if WE don't want to run anymore.
