Leap of Faith

leaping ahead, growing up

Unaware of meaning,

yet living it fully,

peace, purpose, perception,

a trinity of youth.

Cradled by the light,

clawing out of the dark,

with screams of desperation,

for love's righteous response.

By your side I will stay,

looking up to the power,

who provides only the best,

the gifts of freedom bring.

When becoming is unrealized,

yet accomplished still the same,

when age becomes master,

over the innocent brain.
