Ratty's Place

Ratty's Place

A Poem by Allen Johnson Jr

Bijou dwelling set into the riverbanks,

Roofed and sheltered by the emerald turf...

Beneath the door,

The friendly river gliding by.

Just inside

The twinkling of a tiny eye...

"Hullo Mole!" said Rat.
