Bubbles

Bubbles

A Poem by BlakeL79

Bubbles flit along the skin,
each one popped reveals sin.

A delicate touch and light caress,
explosive sensations devilish.

Fulfills the want, satisfies the need,
another's touch, a heart that bleeds.

I give to you as I've given to others,
intertwined connections that uncovers.

Not the time nor not the place,
not together in this space.

Another world so far away,
in this moment I hope to stay.

Not for you, not to find,
even to myself denied.

Bubbles dance and bubbles sing,
bubbles laugh and bubbles ring.

Enjoy the now, not forever,
even though I think I'm clever.

Most of your stuff has this undercurrent of playful joy. It makes me smile and laugh, especially the last line. I can't help think of two people cavorting in a hot tub filled with bubbles. LOL !!

the rhythmic read of this is delightful. multi-layered meanings contained within like rainbows in a bubble.
well done.
