Pseudo Love

Pseudo Love

A Poem by Moth Phoenix

Fake love has come and gone,

The cold sun reaches dawn.

Warm words fill our mouths,

I am starting to have doubts.

Cold icy words from you,

tell me it's so not true.

Fake love is you,

Fake love will never be true.

True love is for real,

True love seals the deal.

The memory of you is evanescence,

I need to get rid of your presence.

Your fake love words fill my head,

I need to forget everything you said.

Fake moons light the night,

Fake love from you is in sight.

Fake love is you,

fake love will never be true.

True love is me,

True love is what I'm meant to be.

I try to make you obscure,

So i could breathe and get the cure.

From your fake love.

I let you go like a little white dove.

I want out of your nightmare,

Its too cold to even bare.

Fake love is you,

Fake love will never be true.

True love is real,

true love seals the deal.
