The Firefly and Butterfly

A sweet crush song/poem I wrote for someone special :D

Just a simple firefly,

lost and alone in the night. 

The moon and stars are twinkling,

while the firefly is dancing. 

A simple little firefly,

not wanting to say goodbye. 

A thousand little fireflies,

Light up the night skies.

You and me are standing there,

while all we can do is stare. 

The sun warms the earth with a smile,

while the moon has a rest. 

There goes a cute little butterfly,

landing on a pretty flower. 

A cute little butterfly,

just doesn't want to say goodbye. 

A thousand little butterflies,

dance around in the skies. 

Look at them fly apart,

there they go and make a heart. 

A cute little butterfly,

just wants to know the simple little firefly.

i really injoy this great image it puts off but i dislike how you reapeat a cute little butterfly in the line above great art overall
