Song: I'll Take You Away (male version)

Song: I'll Take You Away (male version)

A Poem by SJ
"

This song I wrote from a male point of view, it could be adapted for a female singer. If you want to give singing it a go then message me.

"

VERSE 1

I see you standing all alone

Right before you shot me that glance

Never thought I stood a chance

Before I know what’s happening

You’re walking in my direction

Offering me you undivided attention

Hands all over,

Saying words of complete affection

CHORUS

See those lights dancing on the wall

It could be my hands losing control

Running up and down your body

Just stare into my eyes

Say where you want to go

And I’ll take you away

VERSE 2

If I pull you in tighter

Promise me you won’t turn into a fighter

I need you to stay

It’s your love that I want

It’s you that I need

Don’t walk away, girl

What was it you were saying?

CHORUS

See those lights dancing on the wall

It could be my hands losing control

Running up and down your body

Just stare into my eyes

Say where you want to go

And I’ll take you away

VERSE 3

Let me take you away

I promise to give you what you want

Love and affection

You want protection

Girl you got it

Don’t walk away

Turn right around

Put your hands around my neck

I’ll put mine around your waist

And all we have to do is dance, girl

CHORUS

See those lights dancing on the wall

It could be my hands losing control

Running up and down your body

Just stare into my eyes

Say where you want to go

And I’ll take you away
