Arrogant Musician / Amorous Guitar

A Poem by Brenden Taylor

From the halls of the Pleasuredome, I -- (My)

have come to perform for everybody. -- (body)
My fingers dance across the strings, -- (rings)
releasing themselves from my Midas hand, -- (and)
as if they are held by some chasm or -- (her)
astral link from my hand that nobody -- (body)
can see, yet they fly as if on dove’s wings. -- (swings).

Author's Note

Brenden Taylor
This is an attempt at "echo verse," in which the last sound from the main lines are echoed, and those echoes make up a new line.
