Poetry Falls

Poetry falls, and you listen

Your eyes open to be seen by mine

Your breath slows to a perfect rhythm

The clouds part and my mind deepens

I lean in and whisper warm breath upon the cheek

The fall leaves crunch together as the wind blows

Our fingers come together to reveal a shy passion

My boots fall from my feet as I move slowly into you

My lips whisper soft words into your ear

I hear a deep sigh as we fall to the cool ground

Your lips kiss mine
