Sometimes life can get you down, 
with all it's twists and turns. 
Sometimes life can break your heart, 
and leave you feeling empty and alone. 
Then you find your one true love, 
who mends your broken heart. 
And in an instant they're ripped away, 
as if they never cared. 
When your emptiness consumes you, 
and leaves you empty and alone, 
Take pride in knowing you took a chance, 
and loved like it would never end
