April mood swings

April mood swings

A Poem by Latifa
"

a consised poem that I had in mind.

"

April mood swings are paralleled  to mine,
its heat sears the greenish of lands
like doubts sears my desires;
yet its rain strokes the land to revive
like my faith strokes my seared desires

Plenty to consider in this one Latifa, you have done remarkably well to bring so much onto the table, like the doubt seared desires as opposed to the faith that calms seared desires, excellent :)

There was a kind of loop in this one Latifah which I found to be very cleverly done.
The linkage of nature to the speaker is creative and inspired.
I liked the phrase "...the greenish of lands" -
Cool one my friend.

I agree. Your words true and honest. April showers can make us begin to cool down from the hard days of Winter. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

thank you so much for this uplifting review, you have drawn a big smile on my face
I think April is same everywhere, generally it's very hot here but this time it rained... this nonseasonal rains are like twist in faith.

This is an intimate piece.
The words traveled through my imagination
on a soft whispering voice.

Nice concise poem. Like the chaotic imagery of spring. CD
