Nightmare

A Poem by Shapeshifter
"

Some new haiku's I've been toying with.

"

She sleeps in silence

Thoughts tossing her like a wave

Peach cream skin turns to white

An air of subdued foreboding blankets this piece and interestingly, places the reader in the position of uninvited observer in the private moments of another. Dark but enjoyable.

This is really good! I love how you showed the feelings of a nightmare from an overhead shot, as I like to call it.

Nice work,

About
I consider myself and old soul knowing things I can't yet explain. I take it slow and stare past the surface where all things are eventually revealed. I plan to use this new energy for good, (maybe).... more..
