What Is A Poem?

The title says it all.

I have always said

a poems whats in your head.

 

It must be emotionally tied

to feelings deep inside.

 

So I tell it like it is

you don't have to be a wiz.

 

When the words are from your heart

you now have your start.

 

Whether your feelings are good or bad,

whether they are happy or sad.

 

It's emotions that make the poem

just let your mind roam.

 

I trully love to write

it helps me with the fight.

 

Now that all is said...

Write down whats in your head!
