What If?

What if i fall apart before i make it?

End up just another crumpled statistic

Buried beneath the pavement

What if i can't do it?

Endlessly chasing after the impossible

hoping for a non-existent possibility

What if I am wrong?

Built up a world nothing like reality 

Based it all on a flawed hypothesis

Maybe ive hoped for to much.

heading for unrealistic goals

wishing on dead stars in the sky

Perhaps im just not good enough

Doomed before the ship even set sail

Deluded about my own ablitys

What if i never make it?
