i'm still not a home

i'm still not a home

A Poem by Caraline F.

empty one-liners, the only way to shut me up

I drink up all your words, and I can never get enough

you tell me all these secrets, and I don't call your bluff

because i'm intoxicated by your love

buried your lies within me, no wonder why I'm stable now

they've become my frame, and without them I'd tumble down

but they're knocking up my insides, and hurt more than help out

your lies can't live inside me now
