Anything but more room
For more pain than you could imagine

Negative emotions and thoughts whirl around your head. When you are on a downer or depressed or having a bad mental health episode. Doing what you're doing expressing yourself on paper or via computer screen. Eases the load. And shares your woes and gets them out. As when you keep them locked up inside. It makes you feel worse. Writing them down. Gets them out.

Writing is a huge outlet and way for me to cope right now and it’s very validating for somebody to recognize and maybe relate. Thank you for your thoughts, I appreciate your comments :)
