blocking read requests, but not ceasing to review

read for an explanation...

I've been getting a lot of read requests and while I enjoy reading work, the number I receive is getting a bit overwhelming. Further, I find that when I give reviews I prefer to make them in-depth and many people find these personal and not something that should be posted publicly on their work. So, what I'm doing is this: if you want a review, and I mean a REAL review then I'm asking that you email me your work at: [email protected] 

I'll paste it onto a word document and correct your grammar along with ideas for improvement in language and sentence structure along with analyzing the content of your work.

Please only send me stuff that you truly think of as your best and serious about improving. 

I'll read anything from essays for classes, to short stories, to poems, screen-plays, anything.

I understand completely what you mean. Often times, I will get read requests from the same person 10x over. In relation, I also give in depth reviews on this site, and so far, I have not heard a complaint. Honestly, if the writer did not not want to receive reviews that challenges their work, then they are taking it too personally. The reviews are meant to be an unbiased guide for the writer to choose to accept or not. If I may be so bold on a technical level, WritersCafe should have a box for reviews and critiques.

In addition for future reference, please offer your REAL review if you happen to come across my work. I will thoroughly appreciate it:D The most constructive and critical reviewers tend to be the most helpful.

Completely understandable...I've been finding myself in a similar situation as of late...can't keep up and do my own writings at the same time. Good luck on keeping your inbox uncluttered...posting your email address is bold.
