More Of The Same!!

Written for a challenge, theme "More Of The Same"

Whilst twenty tortillions ro
lled to the left, then pirouhetted to the right,
On a board of oaktag diamonds
outlined in the magic marker night,
The violinist leapt and played crazily, high notes frolicking and teasing,
As, yawning rather lazily between puffing Camel cigs and wheezing,
Sat the paper-dollar king in his court of any attending chess pieces
Nimbly fashioned by their many bending folds and creases
While Lewis Carroll on a barrel danced the beer-belly polka
While adding jelly to a mug of Tex-Mex cocoa mocha
The bottle of Cuervo Gold looking wrinkled and really old
Kept on calling, "C'mere Sheila!" to the inebriated Miss Tequila
Exhaling sweetly smoky breath amidst images of headless cards and death
The bartender was heard to say offering bright multicolored games upon a tray
(Until the dice got up and ran away) "What can I get for you today?"
The Rook and Horseman both said, "Hay!" while the bishop yelled "More of the Same!
The Queen and Pawns knelt down to pray as the Checkers jumped up to exclaim
"Need you ask? We're not to blame!" and they looked around for a reference frame
Which of course was pretty square, but you could barely hear them there;
Though in much unity about their choices, they had such itty-bitty voices
And with a double bow atop his head looking quite raffishly fuchsia-red and absurdly new,
The Cheshire Cat's toothy grin, as it faded out and in, said "For you, Madame, I'd be honored to!"
"I'm no madam!" the Bishop snapped, and with much force his face was slapped
By a cat tail floating alone in space, soon erased without a trace
So the horsemen began a white sack race, while the parties of the first part cheered for second place,
And every time the game was done, simply because she had not won,
That squeaky, freaky Alice dame kept on shrieking "MORE OF THE SAME!"
Had they not been ordered to fire at will, I guess that they would be there still,
But they all had to leave posthaste because they didn't know which one Will was.

The most coherent and entertaining babble I have read in quite some time. Close rhyming with fish hooks of unrestrained demarcation; rather like tilling the garden with dynamite and planting with a shotgun. Now, that probably doesn't give you much of a clue but my smile is equal to the that of the cat and shall surely stay that way for some time to come. But, I confess, I had to rest for the length and breadth of this great expanse could tax a repelephant in stripy pants.

Cat darling,
I love the anarchy and spontaneity of this piece - and I envy you both qualities. To be able to forge images untempered - or not over-wrought - is a great skill. I tend to refine and distil far too much and I can learn from you.
