I got strength

I got strength

A Poem by Tenten

Let it go

            I got strength

It ain’t much

                        And most ain’t mine

Built up on pedestals

By friends, writers, artists alike

they are the faces, the words that come to mind on the moments I feel like crying

But I got strength

Not all of its mine

But its here, inside

Built up from the friends in my heart

“Read Me, I’M Real”

“I love you.”

“Taco”

“Hey hun.”

Stotic silence and “You’re improving”

Recently… coco accompanying a candy cane

and the words

“Rising Star”

So these memories and stanza’s

Are going to help fight back the tears

Of Harsh degrading words

            I have strength

pieces can be found in words
