Late Summer Storms

Late Summer Storms

A Poem by Tenten

late summer rain storms

                bring an early fall

turning the world flush

with green heights

blooming flowers, climbing vines

starring into midnight skies

                fighting for another minute

wishing I was that purple drifting cloud

leaving this flat line place

writing by flickering candlelight
