I Am

 

I am Chelsie

I am the wind and the rain

I am the wind and the rain

I am the fighting and the screaming

I am the one who cried for it to stop

I am the cop who took my dad away

I am the 3 year old little who knew more than you

I am the one you wish you knew

I am my mom who raised 3 kids alone

I am the one who got beat up by her brothers

I am the one who came home dead to her dog on her birthday

I am the cop who did nothing the help the poor little girl and her dog

I am the one who stood up for herself when no one else would

I am the one who never takes crap from anyone because that’s not me

I am not one to sit back and cry I do not waste tears

I am the one who has her heart broken multiple times

I am the one who got over it

I am one to let go of things

I am not one to hold much in

I take things out on the wrong people

I am not me

I am who I am and I hope you gladly accept put aside all you have heard because that is not me.
