The Patriot

Short was his stature;

Crowds circled him to listen,

His aplomb drew them.

I suck at writing Haikus, and I'm not saying that to be modest, or to put myself down, I mean I really crap out at it, my haikus never follow standard and they make no sense nor will they ever I'm betting on. So reading this, by the end of it I was in astonishment, because it flowed so well, it make perfect sense, it was wrapped around a beautiful concept and all around its a wonderful piece that I really enjoyed reading. Thank you for sharing. :)

I am reminded of the song Cult Of Personality when reading this... those with charisma can get people to lay down and die for them.
