Goodbye

Goodbye

A Poem by Denni

Listen to my hopeless cry

I scream it all out to the sky

Tortured by the blazing pains

Burdened down by heavy chains

Created by my life's design

As it goes, line on line

My cry is heard by heavens wall

But they dont speak as tears they fall

I still cry out in misery

Of black and dour history

My cuts were sewn

They've never known

The pain I suffered in that hole

The life I had, yet that they stole

It ends now

I now know how

To stop this hopeless cry

So I tell the world, "goodbye".

This was a great poem, im glad to see that your rhyming isnt awkward and forced, almost every other poet I've seen fails to be able to rhyme so naturally. It gets the message through and lets you know the pain one might be feeling, if you need to talk you can talk to me :P
