wishing on a star

i once made a wish upon a shooting star
i made a wish for a perfect life and an expensive car
two years later that wish came true
i never got the expensive car but i found you
you had been in my life for a while but just as a friend
i took a risk one day and kissed you then things started to amend
we was there for each other through the hight and the lows
we was there for each other no matter all the stupid things we chose
people say trust is a true sign of love
i dont believe in god but you must have been sent from above
you changed my life much more then it seems
your perfect for me. the woman of my dreams
i'm writing you this poem to tell you how much you mean
a life with out you in it would be crazy.. would be an obseen
