Rabbit Religion

Rabbit Religion

A Poem by Wrath

I am a cat
and you are a rabbit with a Jonah complex
you see my pointed teeth,
my hungry eyes that
follow you around the room
as you undress
and they call to you like a siren song
you make your home
at the back of my throat,
sleep softly under my tongue
you see the jaws of death around you every second
and I would love to hear about what kind of religion
a little bunny like you subscribes to
which gives you such faith
that they will never close on you
