A Revelation

A Revelation

A Poem by Cassidy Mask

I used to think

I was a

Tiny pinprick

On a vast

Canvas

I used to think

I was a

Sad Story

In the book

Of Life

I used to think

I held a

KEY

However small

To the Answer.

You made me

See

I was less

Than

Nothing

You told me

How

Pathetic

I really

Was

You let me

Feel

I didn’t

Deserve to know

The Ending.

I punched your face in.
