Kill The Driver

Kill The Driver

A Poem by Cassidy Mask

We’re spinning

Forever further

Out of control.

Lips splitting as we scream,

We’ve got our fingers

Splayed to grasp

At the merciless glass

That holds us.

But we’re hopeless,

Already lost.

You blow a feeble kiss,

And watch me as I

Kill the driver.
