BANG!

BANG!

A Story by chris
"

a short story/poem type thing.

"

I sit in a vacant room, No windows or doors. Just walls and a dim light.

I sit in an old wooden chair, One hand in my head and another on my gun.

I've been trying to end myself all night.

Each attempt unsuccessfull, The bullet goes in one side of my head then out the other.

Smoke billows from my eyes, nose and mouth.

It came to the point where i can taste the gun powder on my tongue.

I feel no pain, no heart nor soul nor a brain.

Theres a picture of us on the wall, from back when we were together and everything seemed so perfect.

I remember when you said you wouldn't leave, That you were afraid of looseing me.

What happened to that? You broken me down, shattered me into pieces.

You beaten every emotion out of me.

You turned me into a corpse. Im the living dead.

A hollow man. Its your fault why im trying to end things tonight. Im tired of being your zombie, Your tin man.

You stolen my heart, You stolen everything.

You vanished out of thin air but didnt leave behind my belongins.

I hear your voice echo everytime i pull that trigger.

Your voice cancels out the explosion of the gun.

You are a ghost, Forever haunting me in my dreams and memories.

I put the barrel to my head and stay focused on the photograph, never leaving your eyes.

I prepare to hear the echo of your voice again.

3...2...1...BANG! "I Love You - you - you."

The smoke clears. I never left your eyes.
