Gone forever

Gone forever

A Poem by Clash the lights

Now holding in my hand a picture to burn
Everyday it keeps me burning through its flame,
the flame of sorrow, love, and loss.

When it rains I look through each raindrop
And it shows nothing but a carved image of you.
Whenever I watch the sky in the moonlight
the brightest star reminds me of you.
Because my love, you are not here,
But still every piece of my soul longs for you.

When you were there
My life was a heaven,
So very decorated by an angel like you.
Now my path is treacherous,
Filled full of nonchalance.

My life was like the sun so bright
Now its like a ocean full of tears.
Now I cannot even love anymore
As you have taken the heart that once was mine.
Happiness was something I tried to pull of straight
But now the lost you just makes it bend.
And now make it impeccable.
For it was bound only with you.

I see through the sky and through the ocean,
Only to wonder that when the sky meets the ocean,
We would be together.
But the fact makes me a half dead
That you are no longer.
