A Spring Haiku

Spring will not be free
While winter's icy waters
Fall from warming skies

sometimes winter just hangs on and hangs on...the groundhog can't shake the snow because it doesn't want to let go...and the skies aren't warming enough..

i like the idea of spring not being free...

i see reflected in this very cool piece, humans...those who cannot have rebirth of love because they can't let go of a cold past.

Thanks - I like your interpretation. I love haiku - the structure seems to bring out my creativity.

I like the brevity, a remarkable Haiku.

Thank you. I like the brevity of the haiku form as well.
