Friend's Forever

Friend's Forever

A Poem by Courtney L. Waugh
"

This is a song I wrote for my best friend for her birthday.

"

Chorus:

Friends are friends forever,

Forever we will be,

You and me together

Believe me you will see.

Verse1:

When you're weak

I'll be strong

When you're hurting

I'll be there to help you along

Cause...

Repeat Chorus

Verse 2:

When you're sitting there crying on your bed,

My shoulder will be there for you to cry on

To rest you weary head

And when you'er all alone

With no one there to talk to

Just call on me

And I'll be there

To hold and comfort you

Cause...

Repeat Chorus

Verse 3:

When I need a helping hand

I know you'l be there for me

And when I start to cry

I know someone who cares

We'll have our doubts and fights

And I know we'll make it trhough

There's still so many tears

I kow I can count on you

Cause...

Repeat Chorus

(Key change)

That...

Repeat chorus 2x's

That friends are friends forever.

Yeah, friend are friends (hold)

For___ever (fade while holding)

Nice. Now all you have to do is sing it. and it will be great. or perfect. I can see having true friends. They are the ones you hold on to tight.
Thank you
Andrew
