PILLARS OF LOVE

This story was inspired by this pic of my Uncle Art and Aunt Liz. Written under the stars

Pillars of love begin as a flame, which ignites slowly from lovers refrain..

The flame grows brighter and brighter, as their love grows from pure desire..

The foundation is laid, for now a family to be made..

The pillars grow stronger, for their love and each other's honor..

The pillars are rock solid, for no storm can ever disarm them..

As the pillars age, they tend to rewrite the page..

For the book is now written, for the others to be given..

The story is presented to give us a happy ending..

The foundation begins to recede, and for us we are left to grieve..

Fear not their love light still shines, for the ones left behind..

For together at last, there love will forever last..
