The Factor of a Dance

The Factor of a Dance

A Poem by WritersBlok

The train from the station

Crashed after it left

The pain blows

Up?

In the heart

The fire

Is strong

An eye is a flowing fall of

Burning acid

A show of flames

A presentation of woe

A cascading dance after the moon lights

Love is a dream that

Has turned into a nightmare

With a monster at its bed

A glow of twilight drops after the

Eyes pause, but

Nothing can be plugged in for long

A river of melted terrors shines through the

Night that is so dark

Darkness envelops all fear

But everyone (that being me)

Still feels it

A glimmer of hope passes

Through the trees

Into the brush

But will that hope shut

Down?

A tarantella of silence

A waltz of indignation

A foxtrot of solitude

A dance of magic

And it’s with

Myself
