nostalgia

A Poem by brianna vega

Do you rember what it was like to love you?

Because I don’t

Ive lain in these sheets for a thousand years

And although you touched me yesterday

All my heart can remember is today

It wont be easy

But this stranger has captivated me

This person in the mirror

She isn’t the person of yesterday

Ive arisen from the ashes

A new version

No cell in my body the same

They vanished with the moon

That's interesting!
I like the way how you use the line: "Rising from the ashes" in work. Very outstanding. It makes you phoenix im the field of love where... there's sometimes warmth so sometimes just the ashes... in grey. Beautiful work.
