I have taught my daughters to say
No.
Kind of Zen like,
From the center,
Like a fist in the belly ,
The solar -plexus,
Chakra,
(that word sounds kool)
Not mean or sharp
like a punch to the kidney
Or stick to the shin,
But undeniably clear
Yeshua
(this word sounds true)
Like the next one
Is on your chin.
Now do I pop your ear?
Cut it out.

Hit the road Jack, Adios, get the bejeebies out of here, and NO, NO, NO!!! A girl of any age needs to able to say no in a clear and concise way with NO doubt that she means it...not while twirling her hair, winking, flirting, just a unmistakable NO!
I like your references and I agree that Chakra is a cool word! And Yeshua is Jesus, Lord.....yes said with a real yes to a NO!!
